Alison Krauss

The beginning of the international fame was experienced by bluegrass singer Alison Krauss in 1990 when at age 19, she walked away from the Grammy Awards with the trophy for Best Bluegrass Album. It was a remarkable feat, not just because Krauss was young but also because I've Got That Old Feeling was the third album of her album collection. Too Late To Cry is her first album. It came out in Champaign Illinois in the year she was at the age of 16. When she was 14, she signed her first contract for her debut album with Rounder Records - one of the most prestigious folk music labels. Krauss is known for her amazing virtuosity as well as her achievements when she was just a few years old. Her devotion to bluegrass music, which is one of the most enduring and unappreciated forms in American music, has also been an ongoing feature. Krauss had now matured from being a teenager phenom to an accomplished artist and producer. Alison Alison Alison
