Andree Martinez

Andree is a Mexican American that was raised in El Paso. There are entertainment genes in her family. She grew up with a family of entertainers and performers, which included her sister Karla Martinez, host of the Univision show Despierta America (1997)). Since she was a child her family was constantly surrounded by TV show hosts like Karla Martinez (Host of DespiertaAmerica on Univision)! Andrew Martinez is the vice president of safety security and business Resiliency of Southern California Edison, one of the nation's biggest electric utilities. Its primary goals are employee security, safety for corporate employees, as well as business resilience. He manages the various programs and initiatives offered by SCE. Martinez offers safety professionals support and education needed to meet their group's objectives in safety. Martinez was the director, Safety Training and Compliance at SCE prior to his appointment in this position. Prior to that, he served as director for Safety and Compliance for Power Supply and Operational Services at SCE. In the thirty years at SCE Martinez held various posts that were leadership positions in programs targeted to improve performance as well as corrective actions. They included roles with the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station SONGS that was focused on the protection of public and employees.
